The Atmosphere of Tumbling, AOT, is a Illinois based company that is dedicated to serving the local community. We provide professional training, in the area of tumbling, to young girls and boys in a positive and safe atmosphere. Our programs combine the discipline of athletic training along with the development of a positive self-image.

As we are in the air we can definitely put on just a flipping exhibition but there is more to what our students do. Our students are talented and use these talents to put on a show different from many others.

As we do many events there are major events for companies who can enjoy pure talent and highflying gymnast. Let us join you on taking it to higher heights. Every year people come together to enjoy each other. We take great pride in teaching our students on and off the mat.
